Ireland to oppose EU Prosecutor

Incompatibility with Common Law is the reason, which of course comes from England and the British rejection??????? Read the report from here.

interesting snippet about the Irish and the EU Reform treaty. according to wikipedia, they are the ONLY member state BY LAW that *HAVE* to have a referendum

Treaty Ratification

whats the betting that everyone in the other states (including Britain) will be fixated on the Irish referendum campaign. it could well turn out to be the *only* place in Europe where a democratic vote is held on this.
