EU Commission illegally trains Diplomats

The EU Commission is now training Diplomats without any legal basis whatsoever. Read the report here. Why pretend the EU has any intention of acting in accordance within the law when it repeatedly goes beyond the rules under which it has so far been authorised to operate by its founding members. Whoever agreed or authorised the training of 530 Commission staff for Diplomatic functions only existing in a non-ratified Treaty should be held liable for the costs incurred and removed from office.
